Recently, the web publication Luxuary Travel Guide announced that the West part of Iceland was voted the most spectacular destination for 2017.
We are especially pleased since this is a region we have been promoting since we took our first guests out touring.
So why is it so special? Well to start with, it is off the beaten touristic path but that alone is not enough. (We are updating this post now in 2025 and the same is still true).
