The street, rest assured, as other parts of the city centre is safe to roam in the evenings.

The hotel lounge is design-focused and a fantastic place to rest, have a drink, unwind with a book or to just take in the atmosphere. If you feel like dropping into the in-house barber shop, you should, for it is considered one of the best in Iceland!
The Brass Restaurant & Bar serves tasty Icelandic pub-food with a more cosmopolitan twist. The service is excellent and the atmosphere, cozy and relaxing. Locals frequent the restaurant. The hotel also has a fitness center, incorporating a gym, dry sauna and outdoor hot tub.

We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with a great selection of local and traditional foods. The hotel is situated right on the main shopping street and is an easy walk to shops and restaurants.”
