Theses mansions have been completely and tastefully refurbished by the owners, a Reykjavík family who fell in love with the picturesque Flateyri and the Önundarfjörd. You will enjoy the careful attention to all details and the obvious care for the restauration of both houses.
The harbor is just a stone’s throw away and you can observe as the fishing boats return from the sea with their catch. Superb location for visiting many of the main attractions in the Westfjords
Perfect for a family retreat or a small group. We can arrange for a private chef to come over for cooking or you can step out and step in to the quirky Vagninn restaurant and enjoy a great dinner.
