The hotel is cleverly built into the fisherman’s marina in Siglufjördur. All the rooms at Sigló Hotel have wonderful views of the beautiful surrounding mountain tops as well as having windows that open to a magnificent ocean front.
Sigló opened in 2017 by ambitious local people that inspire the community and play a key role in this active fishing village.
All the rooms have ocean and mountain views and a window seat so you can enjoy watching the impressive scenery or simple gaze at the local life passing by. Built in a classic Nordic style, the rooms are furnished with romantic but classic furniture, wooden panel and flooring and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.
All the rooms feature an HDTV, in-room safe, complimentary wi-fi, private bathrooms with walk in showers, quality toiletries, tea and coffee maker and a hairdryer. Guests also have complimentary access to the sauna and the hot tubs.
