Gunnar Karl Gíslason becomes second Icelander to earn his Michelin star. Job well done!

Gunnar is know for his innovative Nordic cuisine, best sampled in Iceland in his restaurant Dill that we frankly consider the best restaurant in Iceland. Now super-chef Gunnar is in charge of the Nordic restaurant Agern in NYC. A place that has been getting great reviews since opening few years ago.

News update: Gíslason is back in Iceland, again applying his master-craft to Dill. And re-gaining a star quickly for the wonderful Dill
