Reykjavík is just perfect for a three-hours private city walk. It’s enough time to see most of the highlights in the small, picturesque and welcoming city centre, like the big church on the hill, Hallgrímskirkja, the sculpture Sólfarið by the waterfront and the brightly painted old houses on the West-side backstreets.
Our local private guide will bring history of the city to life and you will have good introduction to our local culture. On the tour we make multiple stops so you can sample Icelandic food, from the famous pulsa (hot-dog) to fresh catch of the day. For those willing to try everything, we also have a spot for tasting the putrified shark with a shot of Brennivín. Now who wouldn’t like to try that?
We can tailor our tours with your interest in mind, like architecture or history for instance and also do a blend of a city tour in a car with some short stops & walks.
